Holiday Paella

My parents have made it a tradition to make paella during special occasions since they got a paellera two Christmases ago. This dish is truly a labor of love, they slave away all day cooking all the seafood, and then cooking the rice in the water the seafood was cooked in. Spanish rice, saffron, peas, beans, chicken, chorizo de bilbao, crabs, shrimps, clams, and mussels… this is definitely heaven in a dish.
